MEDIWISH · OEM and private-label cleaning indicators
Define your cleaning-indicator supply project
Build a private-label cleaning-indicator enquiry around a defined product, holder and intended process. MEDIWISH product specifications identify ready-coated cards, polymer strips, steel strips and complete test devices. Powder test soil is a separate reagent option. Start with the product configuration before discussing branding, pack presentation or bulk supply.

The commercial product selector provides the existing product routes. Compatibility and the permitted process must be checked against the instructions for the selected model. Blue and red do not by themselves establish different challenge levels.
Packaging and labelling brief
The product specifications document retail cartons, group pouches and individual sealed pouches, depending on the model. Examples include 50 individually sealed CVC-50 strips, a 50-strip carton for 647913 and a 100-card carton for Load Check. These are model-specific configurations, not interchangeable pack claims.
For a private-label request, provide the brand name and artwork, target market, required label and IFU languages, requested pack quantity and traceability requirements. Ask for written confirmation of the available customization, approval steps and any technical or regulatory review needed. Do not treat a proposed label or pack size as an approved supply option until it is agreed.
Technical documentation and batch quality review
Request the current IFU and technical data for each selected REF, together with the applicable documentation for the intended market. Keep indicator and holder identities aligned across the label, order, instructions and evaluation records.
For Load Check 2345678, the internal QC procedure describes visual and dimensional inspection, reference cleaning-response assessment, deviation review and batch disposition. Its scope is that product and internal method; it does not establish comparative equivalence or testing to ISO 15883-5. Agree the batch records and authorised release documentation needed for the proposed supply.
Samples and approval
- Define the REF, holder, process, market and required documents.
- Request a sample configuration and written confirmation of availability.
- Evaluate samples against an agreed procedure and retain the observations and any deviations.
- Approve the final product specification, packaging and labelling before the order is released.
Any change to a formulation, carrier, holder or application requires review of the evidence for the changed configuration. Packaging approval alone does not validate a cleaning process.
