Mediwish Type IV Peracetic Acid Sterilant — Solution A is the first component of a two-part liquid system. When mixed 1:1 with Solution B, the activated concentrate contains 2.7–3.3% (w/v) peracetic acid and is intended for preparing working solutions for high-level disinfection and liquid chemical sterilization of compatible immersible medical devices.

MEDIWISH Type IV Peracetic Acid is a high-level disinfectant and sterilant supplied as a two-part concentrate (Solution A & B). When mixed 1:1, it yields 2.7-3.3% peracetic acid, providing broad-spectrum efficacy against all microorganisms, including bacterial spores. It is specifically designed for the reprocessing of sensitive medical devices such as endoscopes and surgical instruments.
