Aluminium foil test material for a physical check of ultrasonic activity under defined conditions. Product reference UFT125180. Confirm the roll specification and supplied kit contents before ordering; use the equipment-specific test procedure.
Aluminium foil for a physical ultrasonic test
UFT125180 is the product reference for this ultrasonic cleaner foil test supply. A foil test shows the physical effect of ultrasonic activity on a suspended aluminium target. Repeated tests are useful only when the foil, arrangement and operating conditions are comparable.
Foil damage is not a measurement of residual protein, a calibrated measurement of acoustic power or proof that an instrument is clean, disinfected or sterile.
Roll material and kit configuration
The existing catalogue lists aluminium foil supplied in a roll, with a nominal roll length of 180 m and thickness of 0.02 mm. Confirm these specifications against the current quotation and supplied product. A roll of foil is a consumable; it does not establish that a holder, suspension fittings or a printed log are included.
Use a defined procedure
Follow the ultrasonic cleaner manufacturer's instructions for solution, fill level, temperature, degassing, loading condition, fixture, positions and exposure time. Keep the foil clear of the tank surfaces as required by that procedure. Compare the observed pattern with the baseline and criteria for the same setup, and record the conditions and result. Do not apply the MZS-5635 vial cycle to foil.
See how to perform and interpret an ultrasonic cleaner foil test for preparation, recording and limitations. The legacy foil test manual (English, June 2024) remains available; resolve the specification discrepancy before using it as an ordering specification.
Choose the right monitoring method
Compare foil with other ultrasonic cleaner testing products. MZS-5635 cavitation indicator vials provide a different, qualitative visual response at defined locations; their instructions and criteria are specific to the vial.
