PRODUCT SAMPLE POLICY

Mediwish Co., Ltd receives numerous requests for free samples for various reasons. The following outlines our policy regarding these requests:

General Policy

Please understand that sample products cost us money, and while we want to ensure our customers have every opportunity to understand our products prior to purchasing them, giving away products to everyone who asks for them is not a sustainable business model. If you do not wish to pay for a sample, please visit our factory showroom where a selection of our products are available for you to view at your leisure and our friendly staff are on hand to answer any queries that you may have.

Standard Products

Sample Requests:

• We offer samples of most products from our standard range for a fee (catalogue price + express shipping).
• This fee will be credited towards your order if you proceed with the purchase of the product.
• Supply of samples is subject to stock availability.
• Some items may only be provided in bulk quantities, requiring the order of the minimum quantity as your sample.

Custom Designs

Sample Requests for Custom Products:

• If you wish to order a custom-made product, we can provide a sample of a similar design for you to assess quality and features.
• Pre-production samples (products made to your specific requirements) are provided free of charge but require payment for express shipping.
• The pre-production sample process adds approximately 5-10 days to the delivery timeframe.
• If you decide to make changes after receiving the pre-production sample, you will be charged for material, labor, and additional delivery costs.
• Final production will not proceed until we receive your signed authorization of the design. Any delays in authorization will affect the quoted delivery date.
• Pre-Order Samples:
• Free for Pre-Paid OEM Orders: Receive free pre-order samples tailored to your exact specifications when placing a pre-paid OEM order.
• Express Delivery: A fee applies for expedited shipping of pre-order samples.
• Production Time: Please allow an additional 5-10 days for the production of pre-order samples.

Important Note:

For single-copy or small-batch samples (e.g., for customer submissions or tender committees), we will charge the full cost of manufacturing a single batch. This includes expenses for development, design, language adaptation (if necessary), printing forms, and injection molds.

OEM and Custom Logo Printing

Custom Logo Samples:

• Printing products with a custom logo or screen print will not proceed without your signed authorization of the design.
• Any delays in providing authorization will extend the quoted delivery date.

Evaluation Requests

Formal Evaluations by Agencies:

• Agencies often purchase evaluation samples to ensure unbiased assessments. If your company policy requires free samples, email us from your official address with your supervisor CC'd.
• Include your agency’s Trial and Evaluation policy, the intended trial process, and details of the products and quantities requested.
• We will evaluate each request on a case-by-case basis and may require a pre-authorized credit card in case the sample is not returned or the volume procurement does not occur.

Informal Evaluations:

• Informal evaluations are usually individual efforts without procurement power. These requests are less likely to result in volume sales.

Reviewer Requests

Reviewers and Media:

• Impartial reviewers often purchase products to experience natural customer service and provide unbiased reviews.
• If you are a reviewer, email us with a business plan detailing your project, including products requested, media platforms, target audience, and reach statistics. Decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.

Prize and Charity Requests

Prizes and Giveaways:

• We evaluate requests for prize donations based on the relevance of the event to our customers and corporate ethos. These are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Charity and Hardship Requests:

• Requests for products due to hardship are evaluated individually.

Additional Information

Returns Policy:

• This policy should be read in conjunction with our Returns Policy. The nominal fees for samples are an investment to ensure satisfaction with your product selection. We do not accept returns due to change of mind or incorrect choice.
