SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

   This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms: https://mediwish.com/policy/terms-and-conditions/.
  Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
  WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

  We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

  Shipping Fees
  We offer shipping at the following rates:

Express Shipping	3-5 Business Days
Expedited Shipping	5-7 Business Days

  All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
  For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and  deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.
  Once your order js packaged, we will send an email with your tracking information.

 The Total Delivery Time consists of (a) Processing Time and (b) Shipping Time.

TWO different parts. When customers calculate the total delivery time, please take both processing time and shipping time in consideration.

(a) Processing time: is the time it takes to get your order ready to leave our warehouses. This includes produce, preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing for shipment. Processing time will be displayed on the product detail page after the size/color etc options have been chosen.

(b) Shipping time: is the time it takes to reach your destination address after the package is shipped out. It depends on the shipping method you choose. Also it shows business days delivery, so please take weekends into consideration when counting the estimated delivery date.

Additional Information

Made-to-Order / Made-to-OEM products.

For some products, especially if we put your logo/design on the product (OEM services), we will start to produce the product after the payment is confirmed. So the production time may be longer than other products. You will find "OEM Processing Time" on the product page.

In-Stock Products.

Some colors or sizes of some products may be in stock. You will find the “ships in 24 hrs”tag on these colors or sizes. If all items in the order have this tag, the whole order can be shipped in 24 hours. However, if only part of the order has this tag, the order will be shipped once all items are ready.

Holidays Reminder

During week-long Chinese holidays, Chinese National Day and Chinese New Year, services from certain suppliers and carriers may be affected, meaning that deliveries for order placed around these holidays may be delayed 2-4 working days.

  DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY? 

  We offer international shipping to most countries. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to the following countries:

• Sudan
• South Sudan
• North Korea
• Cuba
• Iran
• Crimea

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

  WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

  If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
